There is no other show I enjoy that makes me feel like quite so much of a sucker, like I’m hook, line, and sinker for everything NBC wants to dangle in front of me, but god if I don’t jump for it every single time.Well, I’m sure that the actual Voice fandom is full of lovely people who are doing lovely things, from whom I need to learn how to watch this show with a larger heart and a better conscience.Also something here about scrawny, dark-haired, mouthy little assholes getting handsy with sharp-eyed, deceptively acerbic, irresistibly stubbled man-mountains in carefully rumpled clothing, and my inability to encounter them without being charmed out of my wits; or at least there would be something here, if Inception fandom references (sotto voce or otherwise) didn’t give me stabbing chest pains of regret and nostalgia, ow okayyy there it is again.ARE ALL OF OUR LOVES JUST A WAY FOR US TO REGAIN WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY LOST, I ASK YOU????? -- source link
