I was in and out of my front door 3 times this morning from debating whether or not to go to a yoga class. All the excuses went through my head: my hip hurts, I’m tired, it might be packed, I’ll go later. But I eventually dragged myself to my car and into class. I modified, took breaks and meditated whenever I wasn’t feeling right, but I can still say I got my morning flow on! Thank goodness for lifetimefitness’s nonjudgmental free flow style classes. Do you struggle getting out the door in the morning? What’s your trick? -- source link
