photosensualis: photosensualis: If you are an artist or model and are SO tired of having your work reposted in ways that you are not comfortable with, please reblog and add comments! Let’s take action together! We should be provided with the tools, by Tumblr itself, to control the posting of our own images. If our image is posted inappropriately, without credits, or on a blog we find distasteful, we should have the means easily available to us to remove our image. Tumblr does not offer this. It is time for Tumblr to change and be supportive of the artist and the model and not the stealers. Please repost if your images have been stolen and reposted without your approval. If you are an artist or model, you know they have! I am going to post this one more time this weekend, because the response has been less than I think the seriousness of the situation justifies. If we don’t speak out, nothing will change. If we do speak out, Tumblr will take notice and we will be in a better position to protect our work from theft and inappropriate posting.
