As we ease out of restrictions in the coming weeks I can truly say how much I have truly come to appreciate living by the beach . The beach has kept me fit & healthy and has been my happy place amongst all of this . When I have had any down time due to being in lock down I have been going for long walks on the beach and I can tell you it has really helped my mental health, I feel amazing after my walks and it also gives me plenty of time for self development, reflection and growth as as human . The time really makes you think about how we could be better versions of ourselves as leaders, friends, sister’s and as a child .
