La forteresse des sorcières - Intérieur by mairithetreeA follow up of my previous concept art you can find here : link It’s what’s inside the fortress and it’s set in the universe of Daina and Babay. I tried to create a castle that would fit in a fantasy universe inspired by russian folktales and myths. The castle is a mix of architecture from illustrations based on russian tales and the Alhambra (for the colors and towers). I’m not convinced by it yet, especially since I want to rewrite Daina’s story, and to create a stronger universe built on thorough research. But for now, this was a good exercise. I’ll try to make another version of it but with a crazier achitecture. -- source link
