COUVENT DE L’ANCREFrom the scant information that can be found on the internet about this former monastery, it can be deduced that the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Good Hope took up residence in these existing buildings around 1925. The deed, dating from 1926, established a non-profit association. The aim of the association was a common religious life for Christian perfection, in particular through the practice of all works of mercy, assistance to the elderly, care for the sick and wounded, management of orphanages, assistance to pupils, training, moral and religious upliftment, in accordance with Catholic teaching and morality. Nothing could be found out about the origin and history of the buildings. Unfortunately I did find out about its future… The complex will soon be transformed into a residential project with about 50 apartments. -- source link
