TBH more old fashioneds should be made with mezcal. Finally got the chance to check out @nochemexicanbbq, and it’s a breath of fresh air in an overly saturated Mexican and Mexican inspired food scene in Louisville. Didn’t regret a single thing I ordered on the menu, and besides needing to work on their cadence with serving flow I’ve got no complaints!
