Happy birthday, America! ONE HUNDRED YEARS AGO TODAY, on July 4th, 1918, these photos were taken of the Raymond and Mildred Pitcairn family. The family’s parade float/menagerie in Bryn Athyn was pulled by a horse (just visible at left). These images were scanned from glass negatives in the Glencairn Museum Archives.
