m-winnike:ionaonie:teenwolftoday:tl-hoechlin:Derek Hale has always been a HeroAND THIS IS WHY DEREK HALE’S ACTIONS PROVE THAT HE’S WORTHY OF BEING ALPHA HE SAVED SOMEONE THAT CAME FROM THE FAMILY THAT WIPED OUT HIS ENTIRE FAMILY, THREATENED HIM AND HATED HIS KINDYET HE STILL SHIELDED HIM WITH HIS ENTIRE BODY TO SAVE HIM BECAUSE IT’S THE RIGHT THING TO DOHell, this is the guy who in the first episode (maybe the second, I forget) who drove home the niece of the woman who murdered his family to keep her safe from Scott in case he wolfed out. (With the added bonus of getting her jacket to prove to Scott that he was all kinds of out of control). Let’s also not forget that the people he sought out to give the bite to had some type of situation that they would most benefit from getting it. Isaac- Give him strength and healing ability to protect him from an abusive father.Erica- Give her relief from the debilitating seizures she’d suffered from since she was a child.Boyd- Give him a family/friends by becoming pack. Let’s also not forget that he did and still continues to help Scott and Stiles after they got him arrested for a murder he didn’t commit. Let’s not forget that after Scott forced him to bite someone against his will he still advised and gave him advice on how to be an alpha. Let’s not forget that he could have just stayed with his sister after he left to take her where ever and he didn’t have to come back to help. Let’s be real.
