ideasandopinions: I saw this on Twitter and had to add something. Claire did not go into the woods for her job. She didn’t work outside and when she was outside, it wasn’t in the jungle being chased by dinosaurs. She is a business woman who helps run the park INSIDE. Not to mention that she was showing around clients. She was trying to impress them and get a deal, so of course she’s going to go professional and to her, that means high heels. Ellie was an archeologist, who did a lot of work outside. She was being shown around a park and had no need to dress professionally, so she dressed comfortably. And guess what? In the end, Claire didn’t complain about her shoes when she was running from dinosaurs that wanted to kill them. She stepped up her game and worked with that she had and she did a pretty damn good job at it. -- source link
