josefksays: RIP Jerry Lewis (1926-2017) - Today we lost the great comedian, actor, writer, producer best known for his duo with Dean Martin in several films, and for roles in The Bell Boy (1960), The Nutty Professor (1963) and Scorsese’s The King of Comedy (1982); and also for his efforts as a humanitarian becoming national chairman of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and hosting his own telethon for the cause for more than 40 years. He died at age 91 leaving an impressive and remarkable career, and paved the way for many comedians and artists that came over the years. -- source link
