padmasurya: Ready for my first week of Raw Till 4! Abundance of bananas, pears, apples, bell peppers, melons, berries, cherries, pineapple, mango, red pear things, potatoes, spinach, asparagus, avocado, dates, beans, rice, shredded coconut, nuts, seeds, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and a bit more. Everything I see on tumblr is my meal-spiration so I’m hoping to make some delicious things this week. I’m going to spend a good amount of time this week studying up on raw till 4 and learning as much as I can. Last night I sort of just decided I was suddenly more interested in it than I was before. I’ve been tracking my meals so I’ll continue doing so to ensure that I’m consuming enough protein, iron, and calories. -- source link
