I can imagine when Sammy was very little, he still couldn’t say “Dean” properly, and the first thing he learned to say was “Dee”. And i’m sure he has called his brother that many times. He grew out of it over the years, but deep down, his big brother will always be his Dee. Even all grown up, Sam will always be the little brother, who looks up to the older one. -- source link
