I been using this app for the better part of a year now. they send you notifications when there are solar flares, increased geomagnetic activity, and solar winds. it’s based on a community that focuses on space weather and attempts at predicting M6.0+ earthquakes. they’ve had more than marginal success the last year, and one fan of the youtube channel actually predicted this earthquake in Mexico specifically based on what they had learned from the channel and the constantly-updated info on the app. I did get a notification about the higher potential for earthquakes and their potential locations before the most recent one. It’s a small, if not infinitesimal comfort but it helps with my anxiety. It’s also a good way to be alerted to solar flares and their potential health risks. -- source link
