pampersandluvs: My Diaper Story - by G. HanneliusSponsored by: Pampers - Now with new release Pampers Retro - Sizes 8-10 (with Sesame Street Characters).Hey guys - G. here with a new blog. Yup, I’m wearing diapers in this pictures. Pampers to be specific. And no, the diapers are not dry in all the pictures. I can explain.I always kinda had a small bladder. I felt like I always was going to the bathroom, more than the other kids in school. It wasn’t a big deal, I was still potty trained by the time I was 2, and was out of diapers and pull-ups by the time I went to pre-school, like any other normal kid.I was a bed-wetter though, I wore pull-ups to bed until I was 12 or 13, then I grew out of it. Wasn’t a big deal. I wasn’t even the only one of my friends who I knew was a bed-wetter. I just put the pull-up on at night, went to bed, and changed out of the wet one in the morning. It wasn’t the night time accidents that were the most embarrassing though. I started acting on Disney Channel when I was about 10, with guest roles on shows like Good Luck Charlie and Sonny With a Chance, and a Disney Channel Movie called Den Brother. It was hard work, but no potty issues on any of those shows or movies, but that was because I had time for breaks… I wasn’t the main character.Jump to 2012, when got my big break on my own show, Dog With a Blog. Now I was in most of the scenes on the show, and my bladder wasn’t quite a fan of that. I remember filming the first few episodes and asking the production team and director for a bathroom break and getting denied. I was so uncomfortable for a bunch of shoots, but proudly never had an accident. That said, it became such and issue that I asked my mom on the way home from a shoot what I could do about it. I didn’t want to risk losing this job, because of my bathroom problems. She (somewhat jokingly) suggested I wear one of the Goodnites that I had JUST stopped wearing to bed. I laughed it off, but the next day on set I was in so much agony by the end of the shoot, I decided to wear one the next day.I filmed most of the rest of Season 1 with Goodnites hidden under my outfits. It wasn’t until we were filming the finale when I let my shirt slip up and the Director saw I was wearing one. “Wait, I didn’t think you wore…” he saidI cried a bit and immediately was comforted.“Trust me, you’re not the only one who wears protection to these shoots. I’ll mention it to costumes for next season.”I was comforted by that, but was determined that this would be the last time wearing protection on set. By next season, I’d be 13 and no longer need it.I was wrong.I showed up to the first shoot of Season and went to costumes. There sat my outfit for the episode, and on top of the outfit was a Size 7 Pampers Cruisers! I asked what it was for, and the costume director said they had me marked down as “Accident prone” and that is what the young actors and actresses wear on set when they are “accident prone”.So I let her put the diaper on me, and proceeded to shoot the first episode of the season with a baby diaper on underneath. And every episode the rest of the season, and the rest of the series. By the end of the show, there I was at 15, still changing into a baby diaper at the beginning of every episode shoot, usually wetting it and changing into a new one for the second half of the shoot. And honestly, it was great. I never had to worry about accidents on set. I was covered by my Pampers. I could focus on acting, and it really helped my performance. The show was cancelled after the 4th season, when I was 16. I didn’t really work for Disney Channel again after that, and my roles were much smaller and therefore I was easily able to get through shoots without protection. But I always remembered the years wearing diapers on the set of my show. And honestly, I kind of liked it. That’s why when I saw the new Pampers Sizes come out I knew it was something I had to try again. I told my friends, and while none of them wanted to try with me, I still bought a box of Pampers for our girls trip cross country last Summer. I wore diapers the whole trip, never used the bathroom for pee, and even pooped my first diaper since I was 2 on a dare from one of my friends, who offered to change me if I did.It was a great week, a week I found out I love pampers. I’ve been wearing more and more since then. I am truly a diaper girl. No, I am truly a Pampers girl. I suggest anyone who wants to try something new, cute, comfortable and convenient, consider going back to wearing Pampers. They’ve really changed my life, for the better.!- G -- source link
