Cacao & Maple GranolaIngredients:2 cups organic rolled oats½ cup desiccated coconut½ cup almonds (chopped roughly)½ cup pepitas ¼ cup seasame seeds¼ cup melted coconut oil¼ cup organic 100% pure maple syrup 2 tbsp raw cacao powder 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup goij berries¼ tsp sea saltMethod:Preheat oven to 130 degreesMix all ingredients (except goji berries) in a large bowl until well combined Spread evenly over a lined baking tray (may need two)Bake for 30 minutes, turning half wayOnce cooled add goji berries and serve with unsweetened almond milk and fresh fruit!To make gluten-free omit rolled oats for coconut flakes or quinoa flakes -- source link
