Happy New Year! Ake-ome! Etc. How can you be too busy to tumbl? And yet I was. But I wasn’t too busy to read manga, and I read a lot of Tezuka over the New Years break and so that’s what you’re going to get.I actually picked up the new English language paperback of The Book of Human Insects (人間昆虫記) from Vertical and read it that way, but I found a cheap Japanese edition soon afterwards so I grabbed that too and did a little studying. Scanning from the Japanese edition, which is about half the size, because I’m stupid like that. It’s really, really good, one of my favourite Tezuka works I think, and that’s saying something. -- source link
