WorkThese posters were used in the lyric video for Catalan folk punk band Ebri Knight’s musicalization of Miguel Hernandez’s poem Vientos del pueblo me llevan (Winds of the people take me). Miguel Hernandez was persecuted by the francoist regime for communist and for his paper during the Spanish civil war when he fought with the republican side. His work was heavily censured and he died in prision in the poorest of conditions. Nowadays, the Spanish justice refused to revise his unjust trial. This poem, of his book Vientos del pueblo, published during the war, is a calls to arms of all the peoples in Spain. And the song is pretty sick, too. -- source link
