A character I haven’t drawn in a long time, Peggy the balloon animal.She and her pinata husband Marty were brought to life by Kassie who was practicing different spells. Together, they run a party shop in the center of town.Peggy can take any form, but prefers to stay as a kangaroo. She also can’t pop and has to be re-inflated every few months. When this happens, someone has tie her to a string and walk her home so she doesn’t blow away. -- source link
