I didn’t know what to eat for lunch today so I had a little of everything.You’re looking at carrots, apples, cottage cheese (for the muscles), cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, gluten free pretzels (my downfall) and hummus. I think I got owl eyes… My eyes tend to be bigger than my stomach. Oh well, if I don’t finish it all now I’m sure I will later because the raw stuff digests fast! -- source link
