buffyshot: @alicejhill: I was thinking of naming that little fat roll on my ass because no matter how much I squat that little fucker sticks around! Anyways, lower back is finally getting some shape #praisethedeadlifts ! Waist is getting smaller thanks to good old fashion nutrition and engaging my core more often, and my face is make-up free cos #iwokeuplikethis. This week has been beyond challenging. TMI time- was in hospital tackling some menstrual issues (my ovaries hate me) and in and out of the doctors since trying to work out if I have endometriosis or what’s going on. All very painful, and intrusive procedures. BUT when you can’t train, try! I stuck to eating well. Looked after myself. Did what activities I could and I feel good about it. This week was not wasted. There will always be something you can do if you can’t train. whether that’s expanding your knowledge, planning goals or eating better than ever before. NO EXCUSES. Dream. Believe. Achieve.
