My first ever batch of green tomato relish. It’s so pretty in the jars and since I am contractually obligated to try it I can say beyond a doubt that it is delicious as well. Unfortunately after doing this batch I still have nearly two buckets full of green tomatoes. I’m probably going to make another batch of this and put it in small jars for sharing but that still won’t use up all these tomatoes. So I’m gonna need some more ideas. I have to do something with them because it causes me real physical pain to waste things. I wholeheartedly believe in that old adage of waste not want not. Besides, I like to share.
