It was a cold rainy day in Pennsylvania today. The last thing I wanted to do was work outside, so I didn’t much. I mostly focused on inside things. First I warmed up the house by baking a pie with the last of my pears, I’m sharing that with Mom and Dad. Then I made cream cheese jalapeno poppers with jalapenos from my garden. They’ll go in my freezer when the bag is full. I still have peppers left but I ran out of cream cheese so I’m going to have to finish that up tomorrow. Then I made jelly with the juice I had left. Now I’m waiting for it to be time to do the evening chores while Sully sleeps in my lap. All in all not a bad way to spend the day. I hope you’ve all had a cozy day my friends.
