Do you ever get the urge to do stupidly big projects late at night? I went out to the kitchen to get a drink and decided that I needed to can pear sauce and make pear jelly. Tonight. And so I did. I should have been in bed by 9:00 p.m. because I know I have to get up at 6:30 but no I decided to do canning instead. I’m not sorry, yet. I might be when the alarm goes off in the morning but that’s a problem for future me.
