In addition to the canned pears yesterday I also made apple crumble. One is to share with my parents because mom has been wanting some and the other is to give away as a thank you. I cut way back on the sugar the recipe called for and it’s still delicious and sweet. I’ll probably be making some pies before too long as well. I can’t eat all the stuff I make by myself of course so my neighbors will once again be receiving baked goods until they beg for mercy.
