I wanted to make something like a motivational poster, but with phrases I tell myself when my anxiety and depression is at it’s worst. In my mind, werewolves are very strong. But strength is a different thing when you’re struggling under mental illness. I hope these pieces speak to that struggle and the kind of personal strength it takes to move through those dark feelings.I hope these werewolf ladies inspire you to keep going.
