It’s easier to stay unhealthy than to get fit. Fitness requires consistency, dedication and pain. When you are out of shape, it’s painful to get in shape. The body goes through pain as you challenge its muscles, joints and organs. It’s painful to eat healthy when your body craves sugar, caffeine, and bad fats. Many cannot maintain weight loss or an exercise routine because they won’t push pass the temporary “pain” of change.
