After the 100 portrait challenge, I think it’s time I went back to my fantasy world-building project, Oberant ! In Oberant, those born with magical talent are called Sephalans, and gain access to higher ranks in society. After training in academies, they usually join one of the magic organizations known as Guilds.The Triskelion, for example, is a guild of Elemancers, sephalans capable of conjuring Water, Fire, and Wind, most often with the intent of injuring or killing. Their unmatched destructive power, although essential in the fight against monsters, has caused conflicts in the past, due to power-hungry Elemancers who wanted to rule Oberant as tyrants. Since then, the use of Elemancy has been strictly regulated, and must only serve to protect populations. It is one of the most influential Guilds in the military sphere. -- source link
