From Gastroposter Jacqui Khoo, via Instagram: Tada! It’s a Hi! 5! Pumpkin pie/tart drenched with Asian inspired bolognese sauce| Pie (½ sweet pumpkin, 2 eggs & fresh multigrain bread for its crust) tasted great by itself with hint of honey melon sweetness. Bread crust was perfect (albeit losing it’s crisp edges due to photos). Yet it kept its form without turning soggy in the sauce. Beef sauce was excellent! (Minced beef, finely diced red and yellow onions & chopped garlics + gochujang). Decided to throw in some chives at the end. The flavor was satisfactory even without sea salt. -- source link
