First attempt in a long ass time to model and rig a 3d character from scratch. I didn’t have any reference images or really any design in mind when I started. He ended up a little lower-poly than i anticipated but thats fine. Overall I’m pretty satisfied with how this turned out.I used “constant” color ramps for the shading in hopes of a clean cel-shading style, but for some reason eevee was still giving me those weird gradients. If anyone knows anything about npr shading with blender do not hesitate to drop some knowledge. -- source link
