I forgot to do my “set your goals Sunday” so here my Monday list to set the tone for this week. This week is a busy week for me - it’s bittersweet. I love staying busy but I also get very overwhelmed if I don’t have a minute to sit and breath and process my day. So here’s my list of to dos to myself. To practice staying calm and patient. To be mindful and productive. Stay kind and true to myself. Work hard. These are also things I’m going to be working on all through February. Goal setting is great for things you want to accomplish such as “get better at squats, gain ___ in muscle, play outside more” but goals are also great at self improvement mentally and behaviourally.
