It’s been an entire year of quarantine where the majority of us have stayed indoors or ventured out if needed. Never in my life would I have thought we would all be living through a worldwide pandemic, yet here we are. While so many of us lost our jobs, savings, had our mental health suffer, and lost countless loved ones, we’ve all still pushed through. Losing those we love deeply can break us. Loneliness can break us. But here we are. Hurting. Crying. Screaming. Still trying. If anything, this pandemic and the loneliness and heartache that came with it, taught me to appreciate my life more. To never take a moment for granted. To truly and unapologetically live my life to the fullest and to fill the lives of those that care for me with more memories. Memories of them. Memories of me. Memories of us. As difficult as things have been, I am thankful to have been able to spend it at home and with my furbabies. I’m thankful to have become much closer to all my loved ones. To appreciate each moment and live in the moment. To often we argue and hold grudges over the most minute and meaningless of things. It’s time to let all that go. Give grace to others when they are struggling. Be kind to one another. Check in on each other. Be there for each other. Practice self care. Time is everything and once its gone, we don’t get it back. Use it wisely. What is something this past year has taught you? What are you thankful for?#thankful #quarantinelife #oneyearlater #rainyday #socal #losangeles #plussizemodel #thoughts #motivationmonday https://www.instagram.com/p/CMdHmi9H4n7/?igshid=ch7mavbl7fbs -- source link
