Peaking out from this morning’s coffee is a blacksmith style chefs knife inspired by a blacksmith knife (that seems to make a decent paring knife). I’ve got a little wrought iron for the spine, some wrought iron and low layer twist and some low layer random that would help make this beauty shine! I’ve designed it right about 11" as I plan to heat treat this using the @bavarianblacksmithexp new @jenkenkilns when it arrives.
