Not be cringey on my art blog, but I will be. When I was 15, this terrible trainwreck of a show, and Castiel in particular, meant a lot to me, and secondhand watching it end in the most mediocre way at the exact time I needed a silly distraction was wonderful. What a mess. I was briefly bitter about the character I used to project onto when I was small and confused being confirmed gay and then immediately killed and thrown into the void, but honestly sharing the experience of laughing along with everyone at the end of a very long, exhausting year was worth it.
