You can’t see it, but I have the beginning of a v-cut down there too - and @thedominanthand had to point it out and tell me it wasn’t belly fat. Lol. I upped my calories by 400-800 depending on what I do that day. I just eat. Figured winter is a good time to aim for weight gain - muscle will come so long as I keep working hard. This happened without targeting anything. Can’t wait to see what that looks like come summer after I cut calories and drop the fat I gained with that muscle. I actually bought jeans a size bigger than I normally wear in anticipation of needed them as I’m aiming to gain now. Truth: it’s a lot more fun to gain. I’m not worried about cutting cause eating 2200+ calories clean and low carb is actually pretty hard to do. It’ll be easier to aim lower. And once I cut, my body won’t be starved and the extra muscle will mean my metabolism will be higher naturally. Definitely fun. Damn lady! That is amazing definition. -- source link
