terminallydepraved:^^^^ i work at a desk all fucking day and was having terrible shoulder pain from it and ive been doing yoga for about a month now and all the pain is gone, my posture is so much better than it was before, and i feel a lot more energized/limber. give it a try if youre having muscle aches, even like 15 mins a day will do you wonders and there are lots of free youtube channels thatll guide you through it!! -- source link
