Claire’s absolutely unconditional love for Jim—no matter what he looks like, no matter what he suffers through, no matter what he has to do for the world—this is how Love supposed to work. Jim gave everything of himself to his destiny, and now he’s rewarded—in one way by being able to have a human life with Claire. They both give so much—to each other and to the world.
