monkeysky: monkeysky: Instead of the old Lawful/Chaotic Good/Evil system, here’s an alternative character classification system along three axes. The total score for an individual can be visualized as a single colour by using each classifier as a value in the RGB colour system. The first classifier is Scope, or how far ahead the individual’s actions are focused. Someone with no Scope would never stray from their immediate moral judgement, but someone with high Scope would be more pragmatic about achieving what they want in the future. This represents the red value. The second classifier is Interest, or how much of the individual’s actions are for their own benefit, and how much they value the well-being of others. An individual with no Interest would only act to improve their own individual condition, while someone with high Interest would put the needs of others ahead of their own. This represents the blue value. The third classifier is Dedication, or how much energy they put into acting out the previous two sets of values. An individual with no Dedication would, regardless of their Scope and Interest, do nothing, while an individual with high Dedication would be focused on what they think is right. This represents the blue value. For the record, mine looks like this: Barely any blue because I’m a lazy crud nice here’s mine -- source link
