Today was and is rough. To start things off, my bathroom ceiling caved in on itself. Yup. Caved in. There is a giant gaping hole⭕ in my ceiling. Classes ✏❌were rough. And, my workout was nearly impossible to get through. Nearly. I pushed through back and bis and did 30 min cardio. Not my best but at least it’s DONE. ✨ -- source link
