221bcumberbatched:consultingdadtective:I went to a Mofftiss talk in Cambridge today, and I was sad I didn’t get to ask my question about Eurus in front of the crowd, but I was lucky enough to see Mark afterwards.I asked if they’d been planning Eurus for years and if they intended for the audience to pick up on it, especially after going back and rewatching and analysing etc. Mark said “well of course!” I also asked if the pirate reference at the end of A Scandal in Belgravia was alluding to Eurus, and he said it was. I also said about the sister thing in A Study in Pink and I feel like he was about to say yes, but he told me “I’ll leave you to your own conclusions” with his cheeky grin.He was also very patient with the fact I was stammering and kinda nervous about talking to him. Such a gentleman though, he shook my hand twice as well.The talk was also really enlightening, but I’ll do a separate post on that once I’m home!Thank you for sharing!!!! -- source link
