Can be any cheap ring or jewelry) garnet & snowflake obsidian anise rosemary black salt fresh grass & pine rainwater blue or black candle hourglass (optional) wand Steps: construct your protection sigil with intent in mind fill dish with ring, crystals, herbs, and rainwater light candle flip hourglass over to time duration of candle burning (mine is 3 minutes) when timer is up, use the flame to burn the sigil extinguish the candle immediately add ashes to the bowl stir wave wand over bowl while focusing your intent into the mixture pour out water, discard contents in a trash outside your room minus the crystals and ring. Preferably wrapped in a tissue or used drier sheet rinse the crystals and ring with rainwater wear the ring immediately to bind the spell to you.
