Right now… let me say this! You will NEVER get to where you’re going if you keep making excuses — call it reasoning if you want but what IT IS is DISTRACTING! If you want to eat healing foods, figure out what’s holding you back and take care of it. There’s no excuse at this point, listen to your body and if you need to be educated that’s what @tehutimaat is here for.
