jammycooks:A real-life recipe for Creamy Heart Soup from Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. It’s a soup…kind of. But! It is totally refreshing and a perfect summer dessert. Here’s how you make it. Watch it in action here. What You Need:½ a small watermelonLime salt orLime juice and saltSugar, to tasteVanilla ice creamSlice a small watermelon in half. Using a melon baller, scoop out little balls and place in a small bowl. Set aside. Scoop out the remaining meat in the watermelon and pulse until liquified. Strain if you like. Season to taste with lime salt and sugar. Or use lime juice and regular salt. Pour into a gallon zip-top bag and try to squeeze out the air. Place on a sheet pan and freeze for about two hours. After two hours, take out of the freezer and beat with a rolling pin to break up the frozen parts. Place back in the freezer. Repeat a few times until the mixture lightens in color. Pour vanilla ice cream into a heart-shaped mold and freeze hard. To assemble: place frozen watermelon slush in a bowl. Top with a half ring of watermelon balls. Finish with frozen heart. Serve immediately. -- source link
