Cyprus is proving to be one of the most incredible rides of my life. Singletrack has switched between epic mountain passes and remote stretches of beautiful coastline. Its been tough, really brutal actually, I’ve had two flats today alone ( pretty worrying as the ECR has never had a puncture previously! ) and I ended today by pushing the bike up a mountain in 35 degree heat for 11km….but at the top of this mountain is the legendary crusader castle Kantara…and no ascent was going to stop me reaching this incredible fortress.
