pussycat-scribbles:I think I’m slowly slowly getting the hang of Copics. My main issue is having patience with them and trying not to rush like I can with digital. And the lack of undo *sigh* At the moment I’m also using bog standard bleed-proof marker paper from the London Graphic Centre but I’m not convinced about the quality. Sure, the Copics don’t bleed through to the next page but they feather like you wouldn’t believe, particularly the darker colours. I’ve got a variety of different types to try out, though, so once I’m happy with my colour combos I’ll do some more experiments. And for those who are tagging these as refs, just be aware that I don’t have all the Copic colours under the sun and am only trying to figure out how best to use the range I do have. I think I might need to invest in a wider variety of blues and maybe some less saturated colours. I’ve got a set of warm greys on the way, which should help for now though. -- source link
