I’ve been wanting to do short strips about my time as a bra fitter, and I’ve been told by numerous people I should write down my stories. So here we go! I still plan to make my little graphic novel (I’ll only be posting that on Instagram) but I think this will help me get into a groove of posting regularly. [Text: Hi! My name is Emily~ I was a bra fitter for two years and I have lots of stories to share. But first, I want to talk about some basics. So, if you’re ready, let’s talk about… BOOBS. They come in all shapes and sizes! Some are… pointy, round, low, perky, small, and large. It’s beautiful how every boob is different— even from their own sister boob! It’s extremely common that one boob is bigger than the other. Sometimes a whole cup size, sometimes you can barely tell. But if they feel lumpy, go for a check up just in case! People also come in different shapes and sizes! Look at the variety of ways people come in! With different personalities, experiences, and ways of living, it’s pretty fascinating~ Your body is special, and you are one of a kind. So beautiful and amazing! This first strip of panels is short but necessary. Some of my stories have mean comments that I heard during my time as a bra fitter, and I still hear in everyday life, but they are important to share. Don’t ever forget that you are unique— some of my stories you might not relate to, or maybe you just won’t like them, and that’s okay!
