chgreenblatt:Keeping the theme of lighter, fun games, let’s look at Ex Libris (for 2-4 players.)In Ex Libris each player is competing to build the best magical library. You’ll place workers in action spaces each round to collect and rearrange book shelves (represented by cards). Each player also has one special power they use by placing a unique shaped meeple (like a gelatinous cube or a ghost!) The action spaces change each round, so you have to constantly be on your toes to achieve your goals.Besides the great art, each card has totally unique and funny book titles on them. Throughout the game you’re trying to place them down in alphabetical order and in certain shelf arrangements. You score points based on what types of books you possess at the end.If this looks like something you’d enjoy, check it out! -- source link
