When Aule makes the dwarves he honors Yavanna by giving them the great lengths of woolly hair she has. (The resemblance kinda helped when they inevitably chopped down her trees)Also, phobs was the one to really get me into looking at lotr and the silmarillion just so I could understand the jokes they were making.
