That means she had to trust that fucker to lift her gently to the ground while he was spinning down onto that chair. That takes major guts. I’d be pissing myself and fearing a broken neck if I were in her place. Kudos to her. Damn, they’re good. I remember seeing a comment somewhere that Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly were equally good dancers, but with Kelly you could see the effort he put into it, while with Astaire you saw the grace. And though not in this clip, Ginger Rogers did do everything he did, backwards and in heels. Including the grace… -- source link
