Healthy Brownies Recipe from http://thenicolemethod.com For those of you who don’t know me won’t know my FAVORITE food in the whole wide world is BROWNIES! So to spare the obvious reasons of why brownies and clean eating don’t mix, I decided there needs to be an all natural, healthy brownie recipe for those chocolate lovers like me.Ingredients:- ½ cup brown sugar, or white (if you don’t like the molasses flavor of brown)- ½ cup cacao powder- 2/3 cup gluten free whole wheat flour- ½ tsp baking soda- 2 tsp baking powder- ½ cup dark chocolate chips- 3 Egg Whites- 1 tbsp organic honey- 1 tsp vanilla extractMix all the dry ingredients together and then the liquids until it’s all mixed well. Do not use an electric mixer due to the chocolate chips, just use a fork. Use non-stick spray like pam for the baking pan.Bake on 350 degrees in an 8x8" pan for 25-30 minutes.For a chewy texture, when finished baking, leave covered for 12 hours before eating. -- source link
